Frequently Asked Questions Q: What is in the cream? A: Angel Care Natural Progesterone Cream is a gentle, all natural, organic progesterone cream. Ingredients: natural spring water, stearic acid, almond oil, glycerine, aloe vera, progesterone, grapefruit seed extract, and Vitamins A, B Complex, C, D, E. A: Angel Care cream is manufactured in small batches and a sample of each batch is tested by ZRT Laboratory in Oregon. This test gives us the amount of progesterone content per ounce.
